Dr. Ramya Manikandan, the founder of MR PROMOTERS & BUILDERS, started her entrepreneurial path at a time when she was solely dependent on her husband’s income. But she didn’t let that limit her dreams.

With a small savings of money and jewelry, she courageously launched a humble business in a 10x10 office room. From day one, every project was focused on offering high-quality, legally clear plots to customers. In the early days, she personally visited each property — under the scorching sun, riding a Scooty Pep, and single-handedly handling everything from land inspections to legal verifications such as:
